Shipping & Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. For custom orders, or orders that are out of stock, please allow 3-5 days for processing.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-4 business days for your item to be delivered.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, signature confirmation, and are insured up to $300.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, CHiC BY CHRISLIN IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES. ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE ISSUES MUST BE DISPUTED AND RESOLVED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
